About the Course
Imagine yourself in the south of France, surrounded by sunflower fields on an old cognac-making estate. Imagine waking in an antique bed as the sun is rising: roosters crowing, strong French coffee brewing, and you, settling into your early morning writing. Imagine resting beside the saltwater pool in the lazy heat of a French summer afternoon, or you and your notebook under the dappled shadows of the lime tree. Imagine watching the sunflowers go from tight green fists to full blossoms as you figure out the kinks of your project. Imagine long evenings eating alfresco with new friends–good food, wine, cheese, and always dessert. Imagine the moon rising over the fields as you wake in the night with the perfect idea…and write until sunrise.
