About the Course
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy for women to prioritise the needs of others over their own. Juggling work, family and personal responsibilities can leave little time for self-care and space.
So we invite you to provide yourself with time to properly relax. Take a pause, unwind and reconnect with yourself. We see this as not just a luxury – but a necessity for your overall wellbeing. Our nurturing, nourishing retreat in this beautiful region of Bordeaux, France is a perfect calm location surrounded by nature in which you can switch off.
Kick back. Rest. Read. Chat. Laugh with new friends. Swim or doze in the sun. Enjoy delicious chef prepared food and if you wish, enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.
This is time for you to switch off from work, your family and all your daily commitments. And come back feeling relaxed and revitalised.It’s a place for you to find space, think and reflect.
The Retreat will be run by me and Vicki Baumann from YogawithvickiB.We have been running these successful sell-out retreats since 2018 – so you will be in safe hands!
Your Instructor
Joanne Tocher & Vicki Bauman
Joanne is a holistic therapies and transformational coach. She has worked with 2000+ people to help transform their lives and set them on a path to a brighter future. She is a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and has trained in different 10 healing therapies:
Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Energy/spiritual healing, Chrysalis Effect, Wellbeing Coaching, Reiki, Hypnosis, Tuning Fork Sound Therapy, Energy Alignment Method, Meditation.
Vicki teaches yoga on the retreat and was first introduced to yoga over 25 years ago. However, in 2012 she was hit by a car and suffered a major trauma to her left foot. After critical surgery during which her foot was rebuilt and then further surgery to remove the metalwork, her foot repaired - but required serious rehabilitation to learn to walk, run and get my foot and ankle flexible again. Yoga brought her back to herself. By gradually building flexibility and strength back up, Yoga has now become a major part of her life. It has truly breathed new life back into me and has changed her as a person. Together they hope to do the same for you.
