We are thrilled that you have chosen to learn more about our space and what we offer. We know that coming on a retreat can be a challenging process, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you. That's why we have compiled some frequently asked questions to help you get started.

What types of retreats do you offer?
We offer a variety of retreats to cater to different interests and needs. Our retreats range from yoga and meditation to relationships, creative writing, music, and spiritual growth which are open to individuals, couples or a group of friends. We also offer bespoke corporate retreats, team-building activities, and leadership training.
2. What amenities are available at your retreat centre?
The French Retreat provides a variety of amenities to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. These include comfortable accommodation, healthy and delicious meals, meditation and yoga spaces (indoor and outdoor), an outdoor swimming pool, spa treatments, and access to hiking trails. There are a few bicycles you are welcome to borrow, and if you want it there's free wifi throughout.
3. How long are your retreats?
Our retreats range in length from a weekend to a week or longer. We offer both short-term and long-term retreats to accommodate different schedules and needs.​
4. Is the retreat centre open year-round?
For 2024 our retreat centre is only open from April until October
5. Can I bring my own food?
We provide healthy and delicious meals for our guests, and can cater for all dietary restrictions or preferences, but you are welcome to bring your own food. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Booking a retreat is easy! You can browse our website to see the retreats we offer, select the one that interests you, and book directly with the facilitator. You can also contact us directly if you have any questions or need assistance with booking.
